Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Clayways.

Please read the following carefully to understand your rights and our policy on refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Commissioned & Personalised Items

Custom-made or personalised pieces are created specifically for you. These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If you believe your commissioned item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue.

 

Shop Items

Non-personalised products purchased through our online shop may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

To arrange a return, please email us at hello@clayways.co.uk with your order details.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

 

Workshops & Bookings

Workshop bookings are non-refundable. However, if you give us reasonable notice (at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date), we’re happy to transfer your booking to a future session or allow a friend or family member to attend in your place.

 

Postage Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
